We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Centre of Excellence (ITU ASP CoE) online training course on Data-Based Government Innovation, 1 - 28 August 2022.
This online training course aims to support participants' understanding on what is data-based government, analysing related policies of major countries, and drawing future strategy of data-based government.
The training will be delivered in English through the ITU Academy Platform.
Information on registration and course fees can be found in the Course Outline (attached), or you can visit the training website here. The registration deadline must be completed no later than 7 August 2022.
This online course will begin on Monday 1 August 2022 and continue until 28 August 2022. (Time zone: Central European Summer Time (CEST), UTC+02:00)
It consists of four sections as follows.
- Module 1: Understanding of data-based government
- Module 2: Data-based Policy Making
- Module 3: Cases of data-based administration of major countries
- Module 4: Key issues in data-based government
The course will consist of
· Training Materials (12 Video Lectures and Textbooks)
· Discussion Forum (In every module a topic will be floated by tutors on which participants are expected to comment. You can log in and participate at your convenience)
· Quizzes (4) to be taken before 28 August. Please refer to the Course Outline for detailed information.
· Assignment (1 for the entire course) to be completed by 28 August.
