Main purpose of this manual is to contribute to establishing performance-centric organization culture in the National Information Society Agency.
It will help to enhance understanding of performance management through detailed description of main concepts and process involving performance management.
We hope other public agencies use this manual as guidelines when they introduce or operate performance management system. It will help agencies that will introduce the system in the future reduce trials and errors as well as the time for the system to take root. In addition, it will offer help to agencies that operate the system or experience unsuccessful results identify and improve upon problems.
