On July 9, 2008, Gabrielle Gauthey - Commissioner of France's Regulation Authority for Electronic Communications and Posts lead a 7 member French delegation on a visit to NIA. Ms. Gauthey and her French delegation had a very informative session on many ICT topics that ranged from next generation network infrastructure and BcN to the setting up of ICT Advisory Boards and implementing long-range plans in the ICT sector.
President Seang-Tae Kim of NIA welcomed Commissioner Gauthey and the French delegation and mentioned that both Korea and France have made much progress in the ICT sector and can both learn from each other. In the future, it will be possible to work on different ICT collaboration projects together.
