There were approximately 80-100 Moldovan attendees that came to the Forum that was hosted by the Moldovan Ministry of Information Technology and Communications (MITC). There were 3 sessions on the first day that included "ICT Vision to 2020 in Moldova", "Current ICT/e-Gov Strategy and Plan and finally, "Moldova ICT Industry Current Status and Challenges."
During the Moldova-Korea ICT Forum, Dr. Chang outlined Korea || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || s long-term vision of Smart Government Strategy that explained how MOPAS was planning to push for four sectors - realizing and globalizing a world-class e-government, constructing a safe Korea on an IT foundation, realizing a fair and balanced information-based society and energizing the economy through mutual co-prosperity.
Later, Dr. Cheung Moon Cho, Director of the Global e-Competency Development Center at NIA gave a presentation on Korea || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || || chr(39) || s National Informatization and e-Government Strategy.
